Delete your Kurb account
Request permanent deletion here without installing the app. We will send a code to your account email to verify that the request is yours. If you use Apple Hide My Email, enter the relay address shown in your Kurb account or Apple sign-in settings.
What happens next
We remove or anonymize your account profile, sign-in credentials, vehicles and eligible uploaded account media, revoke account sessions and process connected provider cleanup. Verified deletion requests also take your listings out of discovery. Deletion is permanent. Active bookings and unresolved payments, refunds, disputes or payouts must be resolved first; your verified request stays saved and is rechecked automatically.
Transaction, reservation, support and safety records may remain where needed for outstanding obligations, fraud prevention or legal requirements. Provider outages can delay cleanup. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you cannot access your account email or need help, contact support@parkkurb.com. We may need additional information to verify ownership. Never send passwords or payment credentials.
