Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of Kurb in the United States. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and accept these terms before completing onboarding. Drivers must have a valid license and any insurance required to operate their vehicle.
Parking marketplace
Kurb connects drivers with hosts offering parking. Hosts are responsible for having authority to offer the space and for complying with property rules, permits, zoning, accessibility and other applicable requirements. Listing descriptions, dimensions, photos, availability and access instructions must be accurate. Drivers must use only the reserved space during the reserved time, follow disclosed rules, and leave on time. A listing or booking is not a guarantee of security or insurance coverage.
Prices, payments and payouts
Checkout shows the parking subtotal, Kurb service fee and total before you confirm payment. The current service fee is 12% of the parking subtotal, rounded to the nearest cent. Extensions have their own quoted charges. Stripe processes payments and host payouts. Hosts must complete the required payment-provider onboarding; payout timing depends on booking status, provider requirements and any unresolved obligations. Do not use Kurb to arrange deceptive transactions or evade charges.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy attached to your reservation applies. Kurb offers Flexible, Moderate and Strict policies, with a 15-minute full-refund grace period after booking when parking has not yet started. Read the Cancellation Policy page and the refund quote shown before confirming cancellation. Host cancellations receive a full refund. After a booking starts, contact support for review of access problems, unsafe spaces or other issues. Leaving early does not automatically create a refund.
Conduct and content
Follow our Community Standards. You retain ownership of your content and authorize Kurb to store, display and use it to provide the service, handle support, and investigate abuse. Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not post threats, hate, sexual exploitation, private information without permission, fraudulent listings or misleading reviews. We may remove content or suspend access for violations. You may report specific content, block users from messaging you, and contact support to appeal moderation decisions.
Account closure and existing obligations
You may deactivate or request permanent deletion through Account > Privacy or our public Delete account page. Blocking, suspension, removal of a listing, deactivation or a deletion request does not by itself cancel a reservation or eliminate payment obligations. Contact support to resolve active bookings safely.
Problems and contact
Report booking issues promptly through the app or support@parkkurb.com, with the reservation reference and relevant evidence. Refunds and dispute reviews depend on the booking facts and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. We may update these terms and request a new agreement for material changes.
