What you pay

The app calculates parking charges from the booking’s rate and duration. Kurb adds a service fee of 12% of the parking subtotal, rounded to the nearest cent. The checkout total is shown before payment. Review the currency and total for each booking or extension.

Processing

Stripe processes card and supported wallet payments. Kurb stores payment references and limited details needed to manage bookings and refunds. Your bank or card provider may apply its own charges. A failed or pending payment is not proof of a confirmed reservation; check the booking status.

Host earnings

Hosts receive earnings through Stripe Connect after completing required account checks. Earnings can be affected by refunds, disputes, adjustments and provider requirements. Consult the earnings and payout screens for the current status.

Refunds

The Cancellation Policy describes automatic refunds. The app provides a refund quote before cancellation. For an incorrect charge or booking problem, contact support@parkkurb.com with the reservation reference. Never send full card numbers or bank credentials by email or chat.
