Before you park

Check the listing, dimensions, access instructions and reservation time. Follow signs and local laws. Keep access routes and emergency exits clear. Do not enter a space that appears unsafe.

For hosts

Keep the space reasonably accessible as described, disclose hazards and restrictions, and provide accurate instructions. Do not publish sensitive access codes in a public listing description or photo.

If there is a problem

Use booking support for blocked access, an inaccurate listing, damage or refund review. Report unsafe listings and abusive content with the in-app Report controls. Preserve relevant evidence without putting yourself at risk. For an emergency or immediate danger, call 911.

Your responsibilities

Kurb does not provide an insurance policy through the booking flow. Maintain legally required coverage, secure your vehicle and belongings, and confirm any additional coverage with your insurer. Contact support@parkkurb.com for help with a Kurb booking.
